This unique location, built in 1912, is a place of retreat and creativity, where nature and silence inspire the mind, ideas and make decisions easy. The house, the former Klause zum Schindergraben, is located south of Munich in a side valley of the Isarauen. After 100 years of existence, there is a lot to tinker here. 4000 m2 of outside area, 220 m2 inside, built directly on a creek and high shore, a clearing and a wooden hut, 40 m2 southwest terrace and fire pits surrounded by Elder trees form the playground. A central kitchen, a charming mix of wood and metal, quaint atmosphere, a large wood burning stove in the center of the house and thoughtful amenities along with the outdoor area provide space for your corporate events, workshops, weddings and private Events as well as various projects. The house sleeps up to 24 people.
The house is being leased and managed by two enthusiastic outdoor enthusiasts, Philipp Rupprecht and Rolf Mahnke, who have joined forces to form Rupprecht & Mahnke GbR (Projekt Draussen).
A place to network, a platform where new things are discovered and the old is cultivated.
