Built in 1912, the Klause zum Schindergraben is a unique place of retreat and creativity. Here, where nature and silence inspire the mind, ideas flow and decisions are easy to make. The house, the Klause zum Schindergraben, is located south of Munich in a side valley of the Isar floodplains. After 100 years, there is a lot to tell here. 4000 m2 of outdoor space, 220 m2 of indoor space, located directly on a stream and a high bank, a clearing and a wooden hut, a 40 m2 south-west terrace and a forest garden surrounded by elderberry trees form the playground. A central kitchen, sleeping accommodation for up to 24 people, an appealing mix of wood and metal, a rustic atmosphere, a large wood-burning stove in the center of the house and well-thought-out furnishings, together with the outdoor area, offer space for your company events, workshops, weddings and private parties, as well as for a wide range of projects. Ideas and innovations are welcome.
A place to network, a platform where new things are discovered and the old is cultivated.
